Interesting principles that Jeff Bezos uses to run his teams and meetings:

  1. Two Pizza Teams (if you can’t feed them with two pizzas, the team is too large)
  2. No PowerPoint presentations. Prepare a real memo; improve the work, edit it over a few days. PowerPoints don’t tell a full story.
  3. Start with silence. Read the memos (see #2) like “study hall” for about a half-hour. Then discuss it.
